Hello and welcome to our new webshop. On this page, we will guide you step by step through the various features of our webshop, so you can fully enjoy your shopping experience. Let's get started!

Step 1. Logging In
Firstly, make sure you are logged into your account. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one by clicking on the registration button. Log in with the email address you use on our current B2B shop. After entering your email address, you will receive a 6-digit code in your email. Enter this code, and you will be logged in.
Step 2. Change language
In the top right corner you can switch to a language that you prefer. Our shop is available in: Dutch, French, German and English.
Step 3a. Searching for Products via the Search Bar
If you are looking for a specific product, use the search bar at the top of the page. Type the product name or product number, and all relevant results will appear on your screen. You can also search by theme, product group, or color, such as "teddy bear," "sleeping bag," or "nougat." All products within that theme, product group, or color will be visible.
Step 3b. Searching for Products via the Navigation Bar
If you prefer to browse our products, use the navigation bar at the top and side. Here, you can select product categories and refine results using filters like theme, color, or bed type.
Step 4. Viewing Products
On the product overview page, you can view products in two different displays. With List view, you see all products in a list. In the Grid view, products are displayed side by side. You can adjust the sorting as desired.
Product Stock Information
You can order our products if they are in stock. If products are not currently in stock but are on the way, you can order them as a backorder. You will receive a notification when you add more products than we currently have in stock. You will also see the expected date when the product will be back in stock. After placing the order, that part of your order will be split into a backorder.
Step 5. Adding Products to the Shopping Cart
Found something you like? Enter the desired quantity and click the 'Add to Shopping Cart' button or press [enter]. The product will be automatically added to your shopping cart. You can also choose to add all products from a specific collection, category, or theme at once with the "Add All Available Products" button. You can edit the shopping cart later.
Step 6. Placing an Order
Go to your shopping cart via "View Cart," check everything, and then click the 'Checkout' button. Review your details and order. Is everything correct? Click "Submit Order."
Step 7. Paying for the Order
Paying for your order is done the same way you're used to. You will receive an invoice via email, and you need to pay it within the specified payment period. Unless you’re using the direct debit procedure.
Step 8. Viewing Orders
Do you want to see your previous orders? Go to your account dashboard and click on 'Order History.' Here, you'll find an overview of all your orders.
Step 9. Downloading Invoice
At the top right of the page, you will find a link to 'invoices.' On this page, you can view and download the invoices for the orders that were placed for your organization.
Optional Extra Steps:
- Reordering
Do you want to reorder your entire order? Go to that specific order in your account and press the "Reorder" button. Your entire order will be added to your shopping cart. You can adjust quantities and/or remove products if desired.
- Sharing Shopping Cart
Want to share your shopping cart with a colleague for them to make adjustments and place the order themselves? Press one of the share buttons to share the shopping cart via email or WhatsApp.
